Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Bucket List Unlimited LLC (“we”, “us”), the provider of Bucket List Book Creation (the “Service”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

What the Service is

Bucket List Book Creation is an online tool that helps you plan, draft, illustrate and export a non-fiction book about your bucket list journey. It includes assisted writing features that use artificial intelligence. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI generations, which is described on the plan you choose and in your account.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for everything done under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Plans are for one person’s use and may not be shared.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
• create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes of real people, malware, or content that incites violence;
• attempt to bypass safety filters or usage limits, probe or interfere with our security, scrape the Service, or reverse engineer it;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the Service.

AI features, your inputs and your outputs

You are responsible for the prompts and material you put in, for confirming you have the rights to any text or image you upload, and for how you use what comes out. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unoriginal — review and verify everything before you publish it, and do not rely on it as professional, legal, medical or financial advice. We make no promise about publication, sales, income or any other outcome from the book you create.

You keep ownership of the content you write and upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We may remove content, refuse or filter AI output, and restrict or suspend accounts where content appears unlawful or breaches these terms. If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, email bucketlistunlimited@yahoo.com and we will investigate and remove infringing material; repeat infringers lose access.

Our rights

We own the Service, its software, prompts, templates, design and branding. Your paid plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription or, for the per-book purchase, on an ongoing basis.

Payments, billing and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Switching between monthly and annual takes effect at your next renewal. If a renewal payment fails or a plan is paused, access to the writing and AI features is suspended until your payment details are up to date; your book remains available to view and export. Availability

We work to keep the Service running well but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If your access ends you keep the ability to view and export the manuscript you have already written.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
